A gentle morning of movement patterns that help calm the nervous system, and develop kinder more gentle ways of moving through life.  Explore unique playful movements that help ground us, and ease physical & emotional tension. 

On Wednesday 6th November 2019 at 10:00am - 1pm.

Bring a towel, wear comfy clothes. Morning Tea provided.

In the last few workshops we have been exploring some of the typical ways tension, worry and stress habitually manifest in our bodies. How we curb our breathing, fix our eyes, hold our jaw, tongue and teeth in ways that contribute to tension in the face, head, neck and shoulders. . .  and useful movements that help ground, soften and calm excessive physical and emotional tension.
