Mindful Movement to articulate your spine

A chance to come to a couple workshops before the end of the year:

Using gentle, delightful rolling lessons from the Feldenkrais Method,® you will discover the smooth articulation of your spine and explore the potential for easier movement. The positive effects will flow on to many daily activities, like sitting, standing, walking, cycling, practicing yoga and dancing. . .


We can all have happier movement. With a little bit of awareness and some intriguing simple movement sequences, we will explore some of the movement relationships between your spine, hips, pelvis, knees and ankles. Be tempted and come along!!
